Default Vaccines?

Has anybody heard about vaccines being tested in the exam? DIT 2012 stresses hugely on those! Freaks me out!

i remember 3 ques on vaccines in my exam ,
1 was live n killed vaccine difference ,
2nd one was some infection was described , for this vaccine made against what structure is used? options were capsule , surface antigen etc

3rd one was an disease was described and what measure would have prevented this ? answer was some vaccine

didnt have ne ques asking age at wich vaccines r given ...!

medicine is all about prevention so in my opinion vaccines are very imp , try to be comfortable with those ...
