Default Anatomy Q: Nerve affected

In a patient with gait instability Trendelenburg test is perfomed and results are as follows(see pic in the attachment) . The site of lesion is:

a) left inferior gluteal N
b) left sciatic N
c) left superior gluteal N
d) right sciatic N
e) right superior gluteal N
f) right inferior gluteal N
