Liver Liver cirrhosis question

A 60 yr old male with 30 yrs hx of hepatitis C is currently being followed by his primary care Dr.He notes no new problems since his last visit.On routine exam,he has gynecomastia,mild ascites and caput medusae.

Which of the following other symptoms that may be seen in this patient has the same pathogenesis as gynecomastia?

A. ankle edema
B. jaundice
C. anemia
D. spider nevi
E. Hemorroid

Both are caused by an increase in estrogen.
