GIT Japanese Gastric Cancer Risk Factor!

58-yr-Japanese male who came to USA from Japan come with history of weight loss 15lb for past 6 months. He has constant Epigastric pain no relation to food. Rectal Exam Guiac positive stool. UGIE-Irregular ulcerative mass + antrum of stomach with infiltration to adjacent mucosa. Strongest predisposing factor is:
a) H Pylori
b) Menetriers disease
c) MALToma
d) Food Preservatives
e) Schistosoma sp.

My answer: D) Food preservatives, because he comes from Asia, where people consume a lot of smoked food, with nitrosamines.
