B- HLA-DP, HLA-DQ, HLA-DR

E- HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-DP

D- HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DR
Because they are the most important... " HLA-c doesn't matter"

HLA-C, HLA-DQ, HLA-DP are much less important than the mentioned above, and should not necessarily match between the donor & reciept ...

Default D is correct

Tissue match for Transplantation, following antigens are the most important ones:

HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-DR are the only important ones

and only option "D" has all three of these.

Ya i remember doing this in UW.
I made a mnemonic for myself
DR Amitabh Bachchan is important for HLA matching.

I thought that we would be worrying about MHC 1, as MHC 1 triggers the cytotoxic process. Why isn't the answer A?
