Neuro Postpartum Pituitary Necrosis (Sheehan Syndrome)

Woman gives history that after giving birth of the child had excessive bleeding following birth of her baby now presents with low levels of all hormones ie FSH/LH/GH/TSH. what type of changes we see in her brain?
a) fibrinoid necrosis
b) liquifactive necrosis
c) coagulative necrosis
d) caseous necrosis
e) fat necrosis

I would go with C. Coaguative necrosis
As sheehan syndrome takes place by vascular infarct.
