Question Bloody Saliva while Sleeping!

an 18yr old girl visits her doctor. her complaint: "any time i sleep, whether morning, afternoon or evening i wake up with lots of saliva in my mouth mixed with blood. this also sometimes happen when i do a tedious work. i have been using mouth wash for like a month now still this occurs daily. started for about 2 years now. i sleep on a pillow daily or else bloody saliva would leak out of my mouth onto the bed." what could be her diagnosis and treatment.

it's scurvy (vit c deficiency), if she has other history of easy bruising nd bleeding gums while brushing etc.
take vit c supplements
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes.
