MusculoSkeletal Muscle Origins & Insertions

I can't memorize these at all
It's killing me
Can anybody tell me if these are going to be in the exam?

In Kaplan course they told us forget about them
but the problem is that my friend just took the exam and he said he has seen two questions purely about origins and insertions

I don't mind sacrificing those two questions as long as I can save myself hours and days of headache

They told us samething in kaplan
kaplan books dont have all the origina and insertions either
i dont think its that important
none of my seniors got them so not sure
