Question reapply without giving exam

I have already extended my window period once for 3 months, so can not extend it again. If I do not want to give the exam yet, I have no option but to reapply (pay the fee again, and perhaps do all the paperwork again).

However, would not giving the exam at all be counted equal to having failed the exam ?

In short,

Reapply without giving exam = Failing the exam ??

Please, appreciate any help.

Thank you so much !

No. It's not considered a failed attempt.

Cancelling the exam does not count as an attempt
