Unhappy Bad Study Days!

Is it just me or do most of you have "bad study days" often? It seems like i have a bad study like twice a week!! And when i do try to take some quality time off -watch a movie, go out with friends or family, shopping - it seems to backfire instead!! It causes me a bigger lag to actually get back into full study mode again. But again i cant possibly study continuously for days without any time off..
So i am in a vicious cycle routine. Does anyone have any tips of how to GET OVER this once and for all?!? Im so tired of this And i am actually tired too and cant even sleep properly anymore as my exam is coming closer.
Please help-

I hear you. This studying for months, day-in day-out, is so cruel... Most of the days I feel bipolar!! yesterday woke up depressed with the "I can't do this sh*t anymore!" and I barely studied the all day... Today jumped out of the bed ready to kill it!! I gave up on trying to find some sort of balance about a month back... i take it has they come... So thank you very much for sharing. I completely understand...

good luck,
J.

Idea!

Take one day off in the week, and this will keep you refreshed the rest of the days 24/7 study never works

Hey ricko, i know its hard and seems like ive been having these bad days a lot more now too, instead of the bipolar ones i used to have (as Wseagull stated ). But you just have to calm yourself and give it the best you got and hopefully we'll see the results in the end :sorry::sorry:

Good luck to everyone! Thanks for your suggestions

unfortunately there are no shortcuts
we are all equally affected with the preparation process which seems to be everlasting
(i became a vampire-havent seen a sun since start of my prep)

this are tips that i personally find useful

daily exercise drains all the stress out

music in between studies refreshes mind

sometimes energizer drinks are the only remedies but i try not to get addicted to them

it seems this is an old post...but it really made me happy....i also have these bipolar, anxiety, vampire disorders....i was seriously thinking of going to a psychiatrist...it is either the marathon of preparation or we just need a group therapy...guys, this is definitelly madness...
in my country not many people take the exam, so i am one of the few weirds who are at home all day, don't work and because nobody can understand what this is about i have stayed away from peers...
i hope at least it works out...
and thank god i am not the only one thinking i have bipolar disorder...
