I disagree No it's not enough

No this is not enough.
You have to read all of the Kaplan Pharmacology Book and all of the First Aid and only then you can be good in Pharmacology.

Traditionally, most of the IMGs i have known in person and via forums recommend to do:

Kaplan LN for Pharmacology.

FA for revision.

UW, Kaplan Qbank for testing the knowledge.

My personal experience says Lippincott is good as well for figures and some short questions at the end of the chapters which reinforce the concepts.

Default Pharmacology Mnemonics

I would give an app like Pharmacology Mnemonics a try - it seems to be something that you can use on the go, and learn some quick tricks.

The USMLE Step 1 is largely a test of integration and application of knowledge. Pharmacology still fits within this theme, although there are more points that you can gain on this topic with just strict knowledge.

I agree with many points made previously, particularly donofitaly, in that the key is to gain a strong foundation of knowledge (this is easily accomplished with simply First Aid and Anki/some other spaced repetition method), while testing your ability to apply that knowledge with UW/other QBank.
