Default Sever osteoporosis

Can same one explain how to change PTH,Ca,Po4 for patient with sever osteoporosis?

What you mean by severe??
post menopausal or senile osteoporosis???
As i remember from FA. There is not particular change in Ca, phosphate, PTH in any of above mentioned situations.
but may be in excessive osteoclastic activity there could be increased Ca---So dec phosphate and dec PTH but not sure.
