Default How many hours a day do you study?

Hi there,
I'm planning to take the USMLE in February and was just starting to realize that I'm extremely slow and won't be able to cover everything by then. I know it seems like a long time from now but I am going over all of kaplan videos and lecture notes and its taking forever....especially that I haven't touched first aid before and annotating it for the first time. So all in all, i'm finding that the process is taking FOREVER! Sometimes it takes an entire day to cover two chapters in biochem! I know its unacceptable...How many hours a day do you guys study? I try to do 8-10 hours on a good day and on a not so good day (like today for example), 5 hours is the max i could do....
any help/suggestions/comments are greatly appreciated!
