Skin Small Pigmented Macules All Over

A 5yr old boy is brought to the physician by his mother. He had no previous medial evaluation. Medical examination shows small pigmented macules all over the boys including the buccal mucosa lips palms and soles and skin not exposed to sun. He is at increased risk for which of the following.

a) Angiomyolipoma
b) cystic kidney disease
c) glioblastoma
d) pancreatic cancer
e) Renall cell carcinoma

Correct Answer

Thatz correct , but how do you guyz know this..... bcoz i was almost positive it's angiomyolipoma as per (ash leaf spots/tuberous sclerosis?)...

The BUZZ WORD IS MACULES/PPIGMENTATION NOT PRESENT IN SUN EXPOSED AREAS...
the most common site is small intestine
the most common malignant tumor is tumors of small intestine(<2%)
