A 34 yr old woman come to physician office because she had cough, fatigue, low grade fever, mil dyspnoea and aching joint for the past month. PE - no abnormalities. CXR - bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, mild diffuse parenchymal infiltrate. Examniation of tissue obtained by transbronchial biopsy during bronchoscopy show non caseating granuloma. which of following is most appropriate therapy.
A Azathioprine
B Methotrexate
C Prednisone
D Rifampin
E Zidovudine

C Prednisone typical case of Scleroderma - bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy makes you think it then non-caseating granuloma really hits it home.
