Drug Anti-Parkinson Drug Side Effect!

56 yrs old male patient known case of Parkinson’s disease came with the rash on his body, non itchy. On clinical examination you find pale skin with purplish meshwork. Patient is highly compliant with his prescription. No other significant illnesses or medications. WHAT IS THE LIKELY DRUG responsible for the rash in this particular patient?
1. Drug that acts as central dopamine receptor agonist
2. Drug that selectively inhibits MAO-B
3. Drug that acts by Anti muscarinic as well as dopamine release
4. Drug that is Anti muscarinic

Sometimes guessing works...I had no Idea but before I saw Casanda's answer , I thought I will just go with C.

Livedo reticularis...a minor skin SE of hydroxyurea and amantadine.

I go with both answers 2 and 3....................MAO-B inhibitor rasagiline and the drug amantadine both can induce livedo reticularis..........thanx.

Hey dude! this is not a research............hehe.............you can find rasagiline in Goljan RR under parkinsonism............rasagiline induced livedo reticularis has already been asked in real exam............thanx.

Casandra,u rock buddy!I had framed this q with AMANTIDINE in my mind as a well known cause of 'Livido reticularis'.AMANTIDINE is the only antiparkinson's drug which has dual role i.e blocking excessive cholinergic activities and increasing Dopamine release
