Microscope painless enlargement of testicle

A 33-year-old male presents with progressive painless enlargement of his right testicle for the past 6 weeks. Laboratory work up does not show any abnormal values. A biopsy is taken and shown in the figure. Which type of cell is often found with this patient’s diagnosis?
• A. Lymphocyte
• B. Neutrophil
• C. Eosinophil
• D. Monocyte
• E. Marcrophage

lymphocytic infiltration is common in seminoma....

i agree with u its lymphocytic infiltration but how did u know it seminoma , how can i recognize it , thanks alot
