DNA pol Gene Mutation

A 29 yr old male known case of HIV for>5 year the viral strain isolated from blood samples drawn at this visit demonstrate increase pol gene mutation. which of the following is the observed finding most likely related to??
a) evasion of humoral response
b) prevention of t cell apoptosis
c) decreased viral replication
d) antiretroviral chemotherapy
e) Ineffective CD8 cytotoxicity

the concept lies in pol gene that code for reverse transcriptase;integrase and protease.the resistance to ART(reverse transcriptase/protease) results ifrom pol gene mutation...
