Anatomy Tendon Reflexes Spinal Root

I've seen many USMLE questions related to this
Is it double roots per reflex like L3,L4 for the knee reflex or is it only one single root per reflex, the question listed L3, L4, L3-L4 in the options!

Knee jerk is L4 or L3-L4

The answer is L4 as per table
That table is referenced and cross checked with Goljan, High Yield Neuro, and Robbin's
