Listening Fail on NBME, Exam in 5 days

Hey guys, did NBME 7, 2 days ago and obtained 310/177. Am astonished ... I averaged high 50s on both Kaplan and Uworld. Did Kaplan, Pathoma & DIT. Last few weeks was getting in high 60s -70s on Qbanks ...... Now I have to write the test, I cannot postpone it due to personal reasons .... Please advice .... Am currently revising FA & looking @ Tommy Notes in my spare time ... Most of my mistakes I noticed have been on bizarre questions or due to hasty reading of the question ..... For instance, I saw the 1st line bee sting and marked alpha blocker when he Q was actually asking drug for resp. sympoms of bee sting ... beta 2 blockers ........ I have the basics ... but how can I harness them in this short period ..... To think of it, i got 220 on a practice test a few weeks ago....

Got a total of 56 Qs wrong ......... I'm sure I'll be ableto salvage about 15-20of them, if I study, the rest of the Qs were either vague or too bizarre ... and I would get them wrong on a good day .....

Hey,You should write a 2nd nbme ASAP & decide.but you shouldn't sit for the exam with a 177

You said you got 56 wrong questions?pls how can that be?i did mine offline and was told to multiply by 1.4....if I multiply your 144 by 1.4 that's a 210??
Am confused,I hope I'm not overestimating my scores

Just did a block of my regular quota of UWorldQs ... got 65% ....
The thing is we need 82% on the NBMEs for a 220 itself .... and typically a person tends to overshoot their UWorld by about 15-20 % in NBME ... so for eg. m 55% average on UWorld would translate to 70-75% on NBME that is 140- 150 out of 200 which would only mean 150-175 on NBME, but a person with an above 60 average would get a 195-215 on NBME ...or so I think
