Must read it twice to really grasp and cover things you may have missed on the first read. Also, kaplan's immuno section was written brilliantly IMO, watching Kim on this area is a waste of valuable time. Not needed. Instead, I suggest Levinson immuno section which is only 90 pages long. I can guarantee you'll love immuno after that.

hi swwal
i know immuno is a bit hard to grasp. what worked for me was to get down to basics. i listened to kaplan lectures and i made notes during the lecture. writing things down helped me really dissect the material. then i picked up fa...whatever i did not understand in fa i added from my hand written notes. it really helped me. i know that the process is a bit long but now whenever im confused i just look at my notes. the kaplan lectures are really good i feel they really cleared most of my doubts.

do not watch the kaplan lecture for immunology. I started watching it and it got so boring. Same happened with microbiology but I braved through it.

When you are done with your second read of immuno, you will definitely have a better understanding of what is happening in the game. I don't know about you, but I will soon be an IMG and at my school, immuno wasn't really stressed upon. So I know from where you are coming at. But take heart, young padawan (Star Wars reference ) and try to brave through 2 reads. And make sure those reads are not half-hearted. If you find yourself struggling and turning back pages to revise and review what happened in the past chapter and link it together, you are making some very good progress. Once you are done with the 2 read, take a shot at the Goljan Chapter 2 and 3.

Best of luck
