Eye closed angle glaucoma

hi.
i m just stuck on a point..
the angle that is referred to in glaucoma as open- or closed-angle..is this angle the angle formed b/w cornea and iris which harbours entry to canal of schlemm or is it the angle b/w iris and lens,,frm where aq humor enters the anterior chamber frm post chambr.??
i think the description of this angle differs in FA and Kaplan.!!!
