USMLE Books Hard time with Neuroanatomy and Embryology

I'm having hard time with Embryo and Neuroanatomy. Kaplan Anatomy book misses lot of information. Please suggest me which book should I read or will I get better with Kaplan book as finish one read?

You think you have a good grip on gross anatomy? wait till you do the kaplan Qbank. It will tear your heart out like in that Indiana Jones movie.

But, seriously, in my opinion, question banks teach you a lot. I am in the process of annotating my FA and it is being filled with anatomy lol. Don't worry you will get the hang of it.

As for neuro and embryo, question banks will help you here too.

I liked Kaplan neuroanatomy. I think the best approach for this is to read it in full twice and then annotate to FA. This is how I did it. When review time comes, all you need is your FA and you've mastered concepts so it'll all come back even if you read it after 4 years.

Caveat: very time consuming.
