Default Grief question

A 32 yr old lady was recently diagnosed with breast cancer.she calls her physician the next day because she doubts the authenticity of the screening technique used.
Which of the following would you expect to see first ?
A.Shock & Denial
B.Anger
C.Bargaining
D.Depression
E.Any of the above

Not sure but data given doesn't satisfy any of above terms. As she is diagnosed and she would like to know positive predictive value of test. Which I think totally normal.
E. any of the above
