Default Additional Books for Molecular Biology and Genetics

I am hoping to take step 1 in the next couple of months, and I noticed a common pattern amongst recent step 1 takers - almost all of them say that they got a large number of Molecular Biology and Genetics questions, and many of them go on to say that several of these questions were about topics that they had never even seen before, in Kaplan, First Aid or UW.
This seems to be a new trend in the step 1 exam - increasing difficulty in Mol.Bio and Genetics part. I was wondering, if reading Kaplan lecture notes and First Aid for Genetics and Mol.Bio. along with UW is no longer suffficient, is there some other supplementary book which one could use?
If anyone could recommend a good, standard book, that would be great.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
