In particular physiology is not much asked but i recommend doing physiology. As it will help to integrate lot of stuff in patho or pathophysiology. I also thought its not much high yield but by end of my prep. i anyhow ended up doing physiology in details to increase my qbanks score.
Actually I think physio is where they hit you the hardest. Many subjects can be memorized, but not physio. These are the questions that require the most of thinking processes. I suggest you grasp concepts of it well.
Totally agree with you, physio is messing up my nbme score.
I requires a lot of thinking and I just click on any option from fear of time.working on it though
Is it asked in usmle?i think it's 2nd to pathology
Definitely it is one of major subjects, it has several concepts that u need to master to have a better understanding of other subjects too. USMLE is not limited to 3 or 4 subjects; all subjects are interrelated so never underestimate anyone of them.
What makes you think it wont be tested? Besides the direct physiology ques, there are so many ques which need you to have a understanding of physio concepts!!!
