Question FSH and the Estrogen Feedback Loop

I know that estrogen inhibits FSH , but in (GOLJAN page 445) they said that:
Estrogen surge during follicular phase has a "positive" feedback on FSH and LH

Ya actually normally increased amount of estrogen have negative feedback on FSH and LH but at the time of ovulation sudden estrogen surge is the cause of LH surge and ovulation.
One day i will infect these microbes and they will search for "Anti-MEbiotic"....
