In killed vaccine only humoral immunity plays role. As we insert killed antigen and body make antibodies against killed antigen and other similar pathogenic antigen

Whereas in live attenuated vaccine our body can produce not only antibodies against introduced antigen but also T helper cell which help in formation of memory cells.

In brief
Living virus elicit both humoral and cell mediated immunity.

Live vaccine have the most long lasting immunity, and are attenuated so they cause an a infection but are weakened enough to not cause a disease unless the patient is immunocompromised, and induces both humoral and cell mediated defense's.
Whereas, in killed vaccine,it only has humoral because the virus is not alive, so it does not result in a infection. You need to infect a cell and be presented on MHC class 1 in order to get cell-mediated immunity.
