Default personal experience

When you are doing your first reading try to spend less time as possible. Like each subject 10-15 days except patho (Which will definitely take more time if you do from rapid review).

Regarding Biochem
Divide it into 2 parts
Molecular bio and genetics- read all of it and then do as much questions as you can.(if you have a Qbank like kaplan UW then do from it or do from pretest or kaplan Qbook)

For cycles- go though all of them once. Try to remember rate limiting steps and which have some pathology involved with it.
Don't go for learning all steps of cycle.
