U world is a tool for studying not for diagnostic of your score. You can not base your score by Uworld. That is why it is in percentage not in 3 digit number.
If you want to know you are going to get 250, Take a NBME.

You should take a NMBE at least every other week to know what are your week points, then go do a block or two of that subjects, read more from FA read review books, watch videos etc. and take another NBME to see if you improved.

Good luck.

That's what he said. Just use it for studying purpose. If you want to assess yourself then take NBME online.

You guys, I am a GIRL!

If I were you I would take an NMBE NOW! May be tomorrow morning, so you can do one or two blocks only of each subject you are not performing the way you want.
I know it is scary and I know it is $60. But will help you better than going blindly into uworld and just doing randome and staring at you % wishing and hoping to get that 250. Even if you get less than 188 on you NMBE, at least you will know what you need to study more and bring your score up. I don't think you will get less than 188 anyways.

When I asked my classmates who passed the step, they didn't know what their % where. They only remembered their NMBE score. You get to a point that you don't see you % anymore.

Got to go back to studying.

Good Luck.

Cant Agree more with what Dr Sherina has said.I think UW should only be used as a learning tool alongwith Books.I am also getting to think it is better to do it Subjectwise to get a grip of all the subjects rather than random. This point is variable though

Lara, Do random. But if your NMBE says you are not good on cardio, do 25Q blocks of cardio. Doing subject wise is really hard and time consuming. At the end the real exam is random.
