Help Start to preper for usmle step 1

and feel I have weak base in biochem and pharmcology.
I was thinking to use dr Najeeb lectures inorder to gain some base in those subjects, before starting with Kaplan.
Hase someone used Najeeb's lectures for Usmle 1 and can tell me if they are good for biochem and pharma, and if it's really worthy to start usmle preparation with them?

I went over Dr. Najeebs few videos and honestly they are way too detailed and takes longer to write all those details down and then go over them. I talked to those who passed step 1 and have seen his videos. They said that his videos include more than enough information that you might not end up using. So, they suggested to stick to short videos of Kaplan or pass or others which are more focused on materials relating to first aid and won't waste time and energy on info we don't have time for.
