Default HIM and plasma cells

if there is problem in class switching in hyperIgM syndrome, how can plasma cells be abundant ? plasma cells are seen after class switching ... right ?

tyagee,naive B-cell are first B cycle produced by bone marrow after maturation in blood.Those b cell r able to produce IgM, they need activation by T helper cell to start producing IgG/IgA. it is described in best way immuno lecture notes of kaplan.
