2questions for you;
Pilocystic astrocytoma is tumor but not a cancer?
Meduloblastoma is a cancer only & not a tumor?

Tumors can be benign and malignant. Malignant tumors are also called cancer, so pylocystic astrocytoma can't be called cancer as it's benign. In general the most common tumor (among both benign and malignant tumors) is pylocystic astrocytoma, but the most common malignant tumor(by other words cancer) is medulloblastoma.
