Help Low 'NBME 7' grade

Hi there,
I'm an IMG, trying to pass USMLE Step1. I've been studying for 6 month.I've completed U World once, First Aid, and DIT (40%). I didn't use Kaplan (nor lectures, neither DVDs). I scheduled my exam for tomorrow, but 2 days ago I did NBME 7 for the first time, & I recognized I'm not ready at all.My grade was 240/800 which is so frustrating. Most of the questions were biochemistry and only memorizing stuff. There weren't so many clinical cases, and I couldn't find much similarity between NBME and U World, which was really disappointing after completing 2000 questions of U World. My main problem was 'time'. I couldn't complete all of the questions in a block in 1 hour. I'm rescheduling my exam to Feb. I really need some advice to increase my pace, and time management. I can hardly focus for 8 hours exam. I lose my concentration after a while. Is it because I'm not ready or there are some techniques to overcome it?..Do I need to go over U World again, though they are different from NBME as I experienced?.. What other sources can I use in 1 month to boost my grade?

240/800 means 161 in step 1 three digits score(it's a failure)

@parisamm
Nbme 7 and 13 are the closest to the real exam.if you were complaining of form 11,I would have agreed with you but 7 is a standard clinical based.
Work on your weakness(which I assume you are weak in all subjects)
I strongly suggest you must watch Kaplan videos and I also suggest the notes but its optional
as par time management,thats why its adviced to do uworld in timed random mode(bcos the exam is timed and random)
therefore,do kaplan videos,+-KLN,do uworld and read through all the explanation.learn as much as you can from uworld
