Unhappy UW and NBME score discrepancy

My friend has done uworld 3 times, FA some 4 times, DIT twice. UW average is 62%. Done with Kaplan, Kaptest and Goljan too. Goljan audio done thrice and Rapid Review done too.
got 206 in uwsa1 5 weeks ago.
been studying really hard since then. but nbmes are really bad.
so its
uwsa1 5 weeks back was 206
nbme 12 3 weeks back was 168
nbme 13 one week back was 186
nmbe 7 today is 177
free 150 today is 75%

exam is in 4 days

he has been studyin for more than a year and has revised a lot too.. so not able to decide what to do. whether to write the exam or postpone. but to postpone, no idea what else he has to study. he has revised stuff too as i mentioned at the start of this post. uw cumulative according to some websites , for 60% should definitely be more than 200, around 220 maybe. but he is getting 177 and 186 in nbmes.. whats to be done? there is nothn remaining to study, but scared to write exams with these scores. so somebody plz plz plz advice..

so plz advice.. pretty confusing..

Postpone your exam.
Do not use uWORLD percentage to estimate your score.
NBME is telling you what your score will likely be around.

Tell your friend to take the day off. Recompose himself/herself. Set a plan and then continue studying.
Theres plenty of experiences you can read on the forum to advise you on steps you can do to increase your score.
Do not go into the exam with a borderline performance of pass/fail.

Best of luck.
