Default Einthoven's Triangle

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how much we need to learn about Einthoven's triangle for step 1? I can't read it and I'm wondering if anyone can please explain it or direct me to a website or a book where the topic is briefly explained. I tried to look it up on google but I was overwhelmed by the amount of info I found.

Thank you.
Sarah
