Help Did not start from my first year?

im a 3rd year med school student from china, i have started the prep for the usmle exam using these books :
Rapid Review Pathology by Goljan or BRS pathology
BRS Physiology
Clinical Microbiology Made ridiculously simple
Basic Immunology
Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews: Pharmacology
High Yield Neuroanatomy
Rapid Review: Biochemistry
High Yield Behavioral Science
High Yield Biostatistics
High Yield Embryology
Grays anatomy book
Study time december 2012- december 2013
and on the side im using FIRST aid 2012 edition, with some help from dr najeeb videos as well as kaplans anywhere class program which starts from jan 7 till october.
My question is that IF i never studied from the beginning of my first year But i start from these books would it help me covering the basics as well as the helping me get a high grade on my usmle.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.:sorry:

Hey, i'm a third year student as well. But i'm told that studying for Step 1 is separate and does not have any basis in your previous two years. I was advised to study from scratch with the assumption that i don't know anything, And i think that's helpful advice. So i think it doesn't matter if you drifted through the first two years. That's all
