Arrow MDCR Exam Experience

Well i have to say that Usmle found my weakness and ask it all.
my exam was 3 principal subject
1 genetics
2 inmuno
3 behavio

And over that weir question, i have to admit that many were very easy, 5 to 6 grafics, 3 heart sound and few pictures of bacterias and dermatology
i was NOT like UW it was more like nbme but one difficult, in my Qbanks(uw) i finish with 70% ramdon, with enought time left in each block(8 min) in the real exam the time runs so fast that i had to hurry to finish the last one.
Guys at in the end u have to be lucky too

Can you tell me about the heart sounds? I can't find any practice on those. How do they present it. How did you know what heart sound it was?

heart sound is not a difficult topic, if u read well and u know where the sound are best heard u will get the question, in my exam one of those the patient was without any murmur so the answer was normal sound
