NBME 7 is closet. Then 11 and 12 became closet. Now 13 is. This is why they said to do more than 2. So roughly to be on safe side, do all of them. You can do them offline as well.

Default About NBME

Hi everybody
I got 215 in the NBME 11. I took it 2 weeks ago. I have in mind to take 3 forms more before my exam that is in 4 weeks. I heard that form 15 and 16 are the hardest and similar to the real test, so do I have to take them at the end? i mean during the last 2 weeks before my test? and if I have to pick from the form 7, 12 and 13 which one I should pick? The form 7 and 12 are still predictive?

12 is tougher than 13, it's your choice between the two. Seven is very old now. Take 16 last.
