Question Endometriosis and Nodularity!

Hey guys.

Studying endometriosis, I've got some questions.
I would be thankful if anyone could answer me.

How comes the nodularity of the uterosacral ligaments in patients with endometrisis?

Does 'hemolysis' occur in endometrosis?? if yes, how..?

Also, not sure how infertility comes with it.

Please help me.

How comes the nodularity of the uterosacral ligaments in patints with endometrisis? due to the endometrial tissue that can be deposited there

Does 'hemolysis' occur in endometrosis?? if yes, how..? during the female cycle, ALL endometrial tissue responds to hormones and thus sheds/bleeds. Blood is then broken down by macrophages.

Also, not sure how infertility comes with it. With the debris and macrophages comes inflammation. Inflammation can lead to fibrosis and thus "glue" parts together (such as the inner tubes) so that the sperm can't meet egg or zygote can't reach uterus, etc.
Please help me.
hope that helps
