Children: minimal change disease.
Adults: primary: membranous
2ndary: diabetes

Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis is the most common cause.I think it was written in Robbins.

Yes, even I remember reading it somewhere that its focal segmental..
But FA says it's Membranous FA2012 pg517

Acc to FA 2012 errata pdf, there is an error and it should be focal segmental..But not sure of robbins and goljan..!

Used to be Membranous Nephropathy( read in Med school) but now its FSGS ( Goljan RR /UW). if Questions says African American then its even sure that ans is FSGS.
