Default Mismatched tRNA:

Mismatched tRNA:
_ proline(encoding proline)
_tRNA
ileu ( incorectly atached)
if codon on mRNA is of proline (ccc) and anticodon is GGG---Then which one amino acid wil be incorporated in growing polypeptide chain?
a) proline
b)ileu

isoleucine will be attached because there is no proofreading after aminoacyl trna
synthase activates trna

ya, dear tell me if proline codon on mRNA and by mistake ileu amino acid atached in polypeptide chain then what wil be the net efect? if forgot this theory pls explain
