I think its only useful if you cannot understand FA by reading and also if you have a lot of time. If you are planning to take after several couple of months.. Reading more is never waste, but the time is important. Dont miss the important things. Keep it asa reference or just for some free time !

your U world score will tell you if you need DIT. If you are scoring low then consider the course.

I started DIT so many times before and then stopped thinking why would I let someone read FA to me..I did my last NBME 12, about 15 days ago and passed by 189.Which is still very risky..

After that I pushed myself and started DIT...In the beginning it was boring but trust me ,If I pass this exam, the credit will go to DIT.Cos I found a few things they mentioned which were on NBME 12 and I never saw them in UWorld. So I would recommend it.I am starting day 11 tomorrow.By the way Now you can download it.Google it.

I am also doing Pathoma along with it for the 3rd time. And Uworld done twice. Now using it just as a search tool and finding question which I encounter in DIT and Pathoma.and read the explainations and the way how they are asked.

My first time UWorld score was 40%. Second time I finished with 62%.But I believe if I do any other Qbank, I will finish it at least with 70%.

Start it,See if U find it helpful.If u didn;t like it, Don't do it.

Good Luck!
