Default mass under breast during pregnancy

20 y/o woman, 12 weeks' gestation, painful swelling on the right side of the chest. PE shows a 2*2 cm skin-colored mass with a nipple in the center located just below the right breast. If biopsied, which of the following celltype will predominant in the mass?
a. epithelial cells
b. lymphocytes
c.macrophages
d mast cells
e. neutrophils
got lost with this question, so please explain.

epithelial cells..... Acessory nipple.

sorry to bust ur bubble but this is definitely an accessory nipple "skin colored mass with a nipple in the centre" so it's epithelial cells. BTW, This is an NBME Questions and should b flagged as such b4 postin...
