Can somebody help me with my nbme 11 wrongs?

1) block 3 Q 7 shows an x-ray ( PA and Lateral view)chest with prosthetic valves and asks you to recognize the valve.
Is it Aortic? I got pulmonic wrong.

2)serum electrophoresis pattern in hypogammaglobinemia?
Is it D with the flat gamma globin curve?

3)block3 q 33
A 30/F H/O illicit iv drug use and is now completing a methadone maintenance program . Physical shows scars in antecubital fossa. Chest x-ray shows small nodules in the perihilar lung fields . A biopsy specimen from the perihilar regions will most likely show small foreign particles surrounded by which of the following?
A)Granulation tissue
B)Granulomatous inflammation
C)Hemosiderin-laden macrophages
D)Neutrophilic abscess
E)Proliferated capillaries.
Please explain this.

4) Block 3 Q 42
A 3 week old newborn is brought to the physician because of recurrent vomiting after feeding since birth. The mother says that her child is eager to feed even after vomting. There is no fever. Abdo exam shows firm 1-2 cm mobile mass in the epigastrium to the right of the midline. If this condition has a lower threshold of liability in the males than females , which of the follow. relatives of thios pt. is at greatest risk for also developing this disorder?
A)brother, if newborn is female
B)brother ,if nb is male
C)fraternal male twin ,if nb is male
D)sister, if newborn is female
E)sister, if newborn is male.
Please explain this.

1) its tricuspid valve, i.e from right atrium to the right ventricle
2) Y es ur right it's D
3) it covered by granulomatous inflamation. in my own understanding nodules in the perihilar lung field can only mean 2 things, TB OR Sarcoidosis. and in either of them it's granulomatous inflammation

4) Congenital pyloric stenosis is predominant to first born males. so if the first child is a female the te next child being a male will ave increased risk for the disease. it's A
