Virus The most common Viral Hepatitis!

Hello to all fellow members,

I was listening to Goljan Audio lectures and he mentions that the most common viral hepatitis is Hep.A followed alphabetically by B,C,D and E.

However in the 3rd Edition of RR, it says Hep.B accounts for 45% of cases while Hep.A accounts for 37% of cases.

So which one is more common?

So, it seems that from - HepB and C and the most common:

But the CDC report seems to imply B and then the others (A then C):

So, possibly the A, B, C, D, E order Goljan talked about is old? These resources are newer so the info here is probably more accurate. Someone have something more definitive though please post....
