USMLE Scores Two digit score

Sorry but how could it be? One member is saying 252/87..
But as I know ıf you get 230 and higher you wıll be in 99 percentile ( accordıng to NBME)..
Isn't it true?

The two digit scores were changed in 2011.

The scale is different now.

Also, the two digit scores are now officially not in use, just focus on the three digit score.
