Neuro Oculomotor Nerve Arrangement

Can some please explain how the PNS/somatic fibers of the oculomotor nerve are arranged and how the blood supply to each is different? always get confused with this.

That video is amazing - I wonder if this guy has the other cranial nerves - I should go on youtube these things make it much easier to remember material..
