Just took it. Got 590 (which approximates 242).

Felt tougher though. Tougher than NBME 13 I would say. Question stems tend to be long and many of the options given look the same.

Several embryology questions, loading dose calculation, many pictures.

Reminded me of UWorld (and not in a good way)

After reviewing my wrong questions, I still can't find the answers to some of them on the internet.

I think You posted a few question from NBME 15 on some other forum...Were those the ones which you got wrong...Cos all of them look the difficult ones...Were there any easy questions too...or all were just WTF. How do you compare your score on 15 to your score on others? Thanks.

Those were the ones I got wrong, but they are not all of them. I got 27 wrong total. Most of them were WTF.

There are some easier questions though, but the whole NBME 15 exam felt harder than NBME 13 and more like UWorld.

I got 252 on NBME 13 and 256 on NBME 12 compared.

I guess it reflects the current Step 1 exam, but I'm not sure of this. I suggest you give it a try if you still have 2 - 4 weeks before Step1.

Best

took nbme 15 today, havent done 13 so i cant compare but it was a lot harder than 12. Lots of long detailed stems, usually dont have a problem with time (finish with around 10-15 mins left in uworld blocks) but on this one i ran close to out of time on all blocks. They showed some really bad pictures I thought. but overall there were plenty of gimme questions so it made up for the WTF ones. got 13 q's wrong in the end.
