Answer is A.


Aortic Stenosis - Crescendo - Decrescendo - problem with openning the aortic valve. Aortic valve openning occurs between S1 and S2. Recall, S1 is mitral & tricuspid valve closure. S2 is aortic & pulmonary valve closure.

It's A... Systolic so between S1 and S2... Crescendo- decrescendo murmur..
